Terms of Use of the BATISKAF gift card

1. BATISKAF gift card can be used for shopping in BATISKAF store in Riga (Kalnciema 106A) or in the internet store www.batiskaf.eu.

2. The gift card must be used for a single purchase.

3. The validity period of the gift card is 12 months from the moment of purchase.

4. Upon expiration of the gift card unspent balance will not returned to the buyer.

5. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Using this gift card it is impossible to buy another gift card.

7. In case of loss, the gift card cannot be restored.

2. Dāvanu karte jāizmanto vienā iepirkšanās reizē.

3. Kartes derīguma termiņš ir 12 mēneši no tās iegādes datuma.

4. Pēc kartes derīguma termiņa beigām neiztērētais kartes atlikums pircējam netiek atmaksāts.
5. Dāvanu karti nav iespējams apmainīt pret skaidru naudu.
6. Ar dāvanu karti nevar iegādāties dāvanu kartes.
7. Kartes nozaudēšanas gadījumā tā netiek atjaunota.
